The ordering process

All products displayed on the Website are approximate and subject to change as per gold market prices in the United Arab Emirates. All prices of the listed products are inclusive of gold’s market prices and manufacturing charges.  

As a registered user, you can order and purchase products through the website. If an amount has to be paid on a product that you have ordered, then you must pay the full amount for this product as shown during the ordering process, and that upon completion of the payment process according to the change in the global price of the metal, the return or cancellation of the order will only take place in a new sale according to the new global price.

We acknowledge that price errors or transmission interruptions might occur during the ordering process. We will endeavor to resolve any issues arising from such errors. You agree to cooperate with us in resolving these matters and acknowledge our discretion in determining appropriate solutions.

Orders placed by individuals on our suspected money laundering list will be canceled.

Liability and compensation

BTC does not guarantee that the Website or any services or products available through it will remain uninterrupted or error-free. There may be delays, omissions, interruptions, and / or inaccuracies in the materials or services available through the website.

We will take all reasonable precautions to keep your order details and payment safe, but unless we are negligent, we cannot be liable for any losses as a result of unauthorized access to the information you have provided. *Customers must provide documentation verifying the source of the funds used for payment, such as:

-An ATM withdrawal receipt showing the same amount or more withdrawn within the same month “30days”.

-A bank SMS notification confirming the ATM withdrawal of the same amount or more within the same day or the previous two days.

-A sales invoice for gold or other valuable items.

*Customer must fill “Know your customer” form in order to receive the order, in the case of “cash on delivery” payment method.

*Customer must provide their ID or Passport.
